At Trackside Trains, we want you to be confident in every purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.  Items must be returned in the same condition they were received: new, unused, undamaged, and in the original packaging with all parts, accessories, manuals and inserts included.

To start a return, please contact us at tracksidetrains.com@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.


Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was:

  • damaged in transit
  • incorrect due to our error

We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your return is received.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 5 days of delivery.

Include:

  • your order number
  • a description of the issue
  • photos of the item and packaging

We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.

If approved:

  • refunds are issued to your original payment method
  • please allow 3–5 business days for processing

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • items that have been used or modified
  • items not in original condition or packaging
