At Trackside Trains, we work to get your order packed and on its way quickly and safely.
Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday - Friday).
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We ship orders using trusted carriers such as USPS and UPS. After shipping, standard delivery typically takes 2-5 business days. Orders typically arrive within 3-7 business days from the time they are placed.
Delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be impacted by carrier delays.
We currently ship within the United States.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are based on order value. Orders under $99 ship for a flat rate of $9.95. Orders of $99 or more qualify for free standard shipping. Shipping charges, when applicable, are shown at checkout before payment is completed.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Lost or Delayed Shipments
If your order is delayed or appears lost, please contact us and we will work with the carrier to help resolve the issue.
Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 days of delivery and include photos of the item and packaging so we can assist you.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
Trackside Trains is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.
